JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective resolution to issues.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improving service quality.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems.
• Perform additional duties and support various tasks as assigned to enhance team performance and overall service delivery.
