Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, excellent Customer Service skills, strong Problem Solving abilities, and effective People Skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to learn and adapt to various call center technologies and procedures.
