• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Document call details accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred/ At least 2nd Year College OR Undergraduate with minimum 6 months Customer Service experience
• Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
