Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle outbound calls for a house renovation account, assisting customers with inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and appointment setting
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information about house renovation services
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive communication tone
• Handle objections and basic customer concerns effectively
• Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM system
• Meet daily call volume, quality, and performance targets
• Follow company policies, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve performance

Qualifications

• At least Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• With or without BPO / customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods
• Willing to handle outbound calls and meet performance targets
• Amenable to full-time onsite work
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
