Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls and emails, including appointment confirmations
• Support referrals, pre-authorization requests, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare and distribute medical reports

• Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates

• No prior experience required (experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
