Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any Business-related course

At least 5 years of work experience in sales role in automotive industry.

At least 2 years of experience in supervisory and managerial role.

With driver license and knowledgeable to drive 4-wheel vehicle.

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market growth.

Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training.

Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, dealership policies, and procedures.
