QUALIFICATIONS

• At least with Certification or Diploma (Caregiver or Healthcare-related training preferred)
• Caregiver NC II certificate is an advantage
• Experience in caregiving, clinic, hospital, or post-operative care is preferred
• Physically fit and emotionally resilient
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Able to follow instructions and work well with a healthcare team
• Willing to do Shifting and Graveyard Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands-on care and close monitoring of patients during post-operative recovery
• Assist post-operation patients with movement, positioning, wound care assistance (as instructed), and comfort measures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, condition, and recovery progress; promptly report any abnormalities or concerns to nurses or doctors
• Ensure patients follow post-operative instructions given by medical staff
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of patient rooms and recovery areas
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during recovery
• Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality policies
• Assist doctors and nurses as needed within the scope of caregiver duties
