- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Process sales, manage cash register, assist customers, and maintain a clean work area.
- Maintain a balanced cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures for transactions.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in retail or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
