Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Operate POS and handle payments (cash, GCash, card)
• Issue receipts and manage cash fund properly
• Coordinate orders with kitchen staff
• Keep cashier area clean and organized
• Monitor stocks for packaging and supplies
• Prepare end-of-day sales and balance cash
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and uniform rules

Job Requirements

• At least high school graduate (college level a plus)
• Experience in cashiering or customer service preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems or willing to learn
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Physically able to stand for long hours
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of foodcourt operations is a plus
