Job Requirements:

• At least College level
• Has at least 1 year of experience as a cashier
• Knowledge in POS Operations
• Can reliably commute to The Grid, Powerplant Mall, Makati
• Fast learner
• Willing to work on a Food Court Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders

• Relay customer orders to kitchen staff clearly and accurately

• Process customer orders in the restaurant database

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure guest happiness and satisfaction throughout service

• Accept cash and process card transactions efficiently

• Return correct change for cash payments

• Issue receipts for all transactions

• Record customer suggestions and feedback

• Tally cash drawer at start and end of each shift

• Manage order flow and prioritize tickets effectively

• Ensure all orders are prepared in correct sequence

• Communicate clearly with kitchen line staff

• Verify special requests and allergy information

• Check dish quality and presentation before serving

• Add final garnishes or adjustments as needed

• Confirm proper food temperatures before serving

• Maintain clean and organized expo station

• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
