About the role

Join the team at Ajamart Korean Grocery as a Store Crew/Cashier .This position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will involve a range of retail-focused responsibilities to support the smooth operations of our unique Korean grocery store.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
• Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Stocking and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of store shelves and displays
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking procedures
• Supporting the overall store operations as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a grocery or convenience store environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Familiarity with Korean culture and products would be an advantage
