• Manage Customer Transactions: Accurately process all customer orders and payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and making correct change.
• Customer Service and Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, take their orders clearly and efficiently, and maintain a high standard of friendly and positive customer interaction throughout the transaction.
• Maintain Front-of-House Operations: Ensure the cash register area, counter, and customer-facing service areas are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., napkins, condiments, straws).

Job Requirements (Qualifications & Skills):

• Basic Math and POS Proficiency: Strong numerical aptitude to accurately handle cash, count change, and calculate totals, along with the ability to quickly learn and operate an electronic cash register or POS system.
• Communication and Customer Focus: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor to effectively interact with customers, resolve minor issues, and work collaboratively with team members.
• Physical and Availability: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced food service environment, and be available for flexible scheduling, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
