1.Responsible for the accurate encoding and tender of sales transactions into the cash register.

a.       Cash and debit transactions

b.       E-wallet payments

c.  Financing Services (Home Credit, Cashalo, Salmon, Billease, etc)

2.      Regularly checks POS updates to avoid wrong price transactions.

3.  Promotes existing events or sales to all customers.

4.  Maintains records/files of existing promotions with freebies to avoid unprocessed/undocumented release of items.

5. Prepares tally sheets at the end of the day. Each tally sheet should be filled up neatly without erasures as much as possible.

6. Maintains alertness in checking counterfeit bills, cards and coins. Minimal transaction shortages must be observed.

7.   Works closely with Audit and Treasury Departments for cash deposit preparations.

8.   Ensures that all deliveries are encoded accurately within the day to avoid inventory adjustments.

9. Provides friendly, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.

10.  Politely educates customers on the importance of sales invoice for R/E, warranty and other after-sales services.

11.    Assists customer inquiries and complaints, if there were any.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Single or married, at least 5’2” in height
• College graduate or at least 2^nd year college level
• With cashiering experience from other retail companies with Point-of-sale machine
• Computer literate, good in written and oral communication
• Pleasing personality and can work under pressure, observant and keen to details.
• Willing to undergo training and adapt to changes in the branch assignment
