Job Summary:

As a Team Member at our ice cream store, you'll be responsible in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your role involves scooping and serving delectable ice cream treats such as ice cream cakes and more, upholding cleanliness standards, aiding in inventory control, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
• Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors and answering questions.
• Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
• Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
• Refill supplies like ice cream flavors, toppings, cones, and cups to make sure we never run out.
• Follow safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
• Help receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to make sure everything's fresh.
• Work together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
• Recommend extra items and let customers know about any special deals to boost sales and keep them happy
• Follow store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Friendly and sociable for the customer satisfaction
• Capable of thriving in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effectively communicates and comfortably interacts with customers
• Comfortable with entertaining customers through dancing or other activities to boost the store's vibe during special events
• Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• With at least 2 years work experience in food service
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY
