JOB SUMMARY

Reporting complete vehicle sales transactions for a given period and ensure that collections were properly applied to customer's outstanding balances.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or any related course.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in Cashiering in Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Must be trustworthy.
• Efficient in using SAP
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receives payments in terms of cash, checks and credit cards from customers

2. Analyzes nature of payment and check the accuracy of the amount to be paid

3. Issues receipts for collections made

4. Prepares deposit slips for daily deposits

5. Deposits collection and exchange bills and denominations

6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
