1. Prepare accountability reports such as Cash Position, Petty Cash Fund, Bank Reconciliation, and other Treasury Reports.
2. Receive cash and check payments from customers and issue Collection Receipts (CR).
3. Coordinate with Credit & Collection for all payments, including postdated checks.
4. Deposit cash and check payments collected from suppliers.
5. Release check or cash payments.
6. Prepare Cash Disbursement Vouchers (CDV).
7. Conduct daily cash counts.
8. Prepare weekly summary of payment reports.
9. Issue local seals to tanker tenders.
10. Perform Treasury Assistant tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course

• At least 1 year of experience as a Treasury Cashier

• SAP background is an advantage but not required

Schedule and Work Arrangement:

• On-site (CBY Head Office)

• Temporary compressed work week: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
