We at Astron Appliances Philippines are seeking a Brand Partnership Officer to grow and manage collaborations with brands and organizations. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and project/campaign tracking to ensure consistent contribution to business growth and to ensure KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage brand partnerships.

Maintain strong partner relationships.

Evaluate feasibility and suitability of partnerships

Report and monitor partnership performance

Create partnership strategies

Track and report on campaign ROI, conversions, and sales impact.

Support cross-functional marketing and business development projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1+ years’ experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or business development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools.

People person, and an outgoing personality

Creative with partnerships and thinks outside of the box

Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
