Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing

• Developing, executing, and optimising cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch

• Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation

• Propose the most appropriate events and messages in line with corporate strategies

• Launch Paid Digital Ad Campaigns on paid ads platforms

2.Paid Advertising Management

• Campaign Setup and Execution: Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns and select targeting options, set budget parameters, and optimize campaign settings for maximum performance.

• Monitor and administer website analytics, reports, and understanding of reporting tools. 3.Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, and regular reporting of all Paid 4.Advertising campaigns

• Provide a keen understanding of revenue tracking and paid advertising

• Bid management: Setting and adjusting bids for individual keywords to ensure that ads are shown to the right people at the right time

• Track Ad performance through use of marketing tracking tools like(Google Tag Manager (GTM), Appsflyer, Voluum etc)

Job Requirements

1. Work Experience(Years): 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
3. Required Language Proficiency: English; Filipino
4. Required Skills:

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web • • analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

7. knowledgeable with marketing tracking tools like (Google Tag Manager (GTM), Apps flyer, Volume etc)

8. The ability to produce high quality work in a consistent and reliable manner.

9. Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.

10.Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
