Job Title: Call Center Representative - Voice & Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls , chat, email, and ticketing systems—no

phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing

information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall

experience.

Location: Bridgetowne / Pasig

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, email, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Meet performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior with BPO Experience with at least 6 Months
• Newbie's/No experience - College Graduate are still welcome
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
