We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. You will be responsible for helping customers with their orders, answering questions, and solving problems to ensure they have a great experience with our online store. (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok)

• Assist Customers: Answer customer inquiries about orders, products, and services via chat or call (if needed).
• Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints or concerns, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Process Orders: Help customers track their orders, process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Provide Product Information: Share accurate details about products, shipping, payment options, and promotions.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments (like shipping or product teams) to solve customer issues.

• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service tools are preferred.
