We are looking for a skilled and reliable Personal Chef / Private Cook to prepare nutritious and high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in culinary arts, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to cater to specific dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

1. Meal Planning & Preparation:

• Design weekly menus in consultation with the family, considering our tastes, health goals, and any dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, low-carb, allergies).
• Prepare daily meals, which typically include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family household.
• Cook a diverse range of cuisines as per our preferences (e.g., Chinese, Healthy, Asian Fusion, Vegetarian).
• Accommodate special requests and prepare meals for small gatherings or family events.

2. Kitchen & Inventory Management:

• Plan grocery lists and source fresh, high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers.
• Manage the kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing food waste.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including pantries, refrigerators, and countertops.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used correctly and kept in good condition.

3. Administrative Duties:

• Manage the grocery budget effectively and keep accurate records of expenses.
• Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate occasional late dinners or weekend events.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Chef, Private Cook, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, meal preparation, and various cuisines.
• Ability to plan menus and manage kitchen operations independently.
• Trustworthy, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
