Prepare, review, and analyze project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Manage and monitor civil works, including earthworks, concreting, structural, and finishing works.
Knowledgable in cost estimates, and budget proposals.
Evaluate material, labor, and equipment requirements for project execution.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards during all phases of the project.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
License: PRC-licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil works, construction project management, and cost estimation.
