Location: 808 Brezlin St., Kasambagan, Cebu City

Type: Full-Time

Main Duties:

• Interpret construction plans and perform accurate cost estimations.

• Utilize PDF tools and software for quantity take-offs and estimation tasks.

• Prepare and submit project progress reports, accomplishments, and billing statements.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing concerns and quantity reconciliations.

• Negotiate professionally with clients on project-related matters.

• Supervise and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and targets.

• Willing to conduct site inspections as needed.

• Capable of managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an engineering role.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills are required.
