• Design and planning: Lead the civil and structural design for utility-scale solar PV plants, focusing on site grading, drainage, foundations, and access roads. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Site assessment and feasibility: Conduct site assessments, topographic evaluations, and feasibility studies. Coordinate geotechnical investigations and soil analysis to inform foundation design.
• Construction management: Oversee on-site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Manage contractors and resolve site-level issues.
• Technical support: Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of the project.
• Project management: Help manage project schedules, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Compliance: Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and national standards.

Qualifications
