Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Civil Engineer (CE)

• With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in construction, project supervision, or site engineering

• Knowledge in project management, cost estimation, and quality assurance

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other related software

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Can work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and supervise all civil and structural works for assigned projects.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent project delays.

• Ensure project targets and deadlines are achieved.
