Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in providing, checking and monitoring of operational equipment in the yard. 
2. Plans the work specification of the upcoming repair or project assigned, by preparing, reviewing and studying of the standard repair procedures and incorporate with work specification, to be able to have a complete summary of the work specifications. 
3. Delegates the work assignment with the respective supervisors by directly providing the list of the job assignments to ensure that the right and qualified employee will complete all job assignments. 
4. Conducts periodic meetings with other Section Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, and coordinates the various statuses of work progress, in order to proactively address problems and issues that will hamper the successful completion of ongoing projects. 
5. Monitors and controls the cost of work for the different levels of ship repair and project conversion activities.  

Requirements:

1. Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Licensed Civil Engineer / has plans to take the board exam if just graduated.
4. Background in the shipyard industry is a plus.
