Job Title: Housekeeper / Cleaner

Location: Filinvest, Northgate Alabang

Schedule: Night Shift (With Night Differential)

Salary: ₱695 per day + Night Diff

Rest Days: 2 days off per week (schedule depends on employer)

We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to join our team in a BPO environment located in Filinvest, Northgate Alabang. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in office spaces used for night-shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned office areas following company standards.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain the cleanliness of disposal areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and immediately report any maintenance or facility issues.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
• Support any additional cleaning requirements during shift changes or busy periods.

Requirements

• Education: High school graduate preferred but not required.
• Experience: No prior housekeeping experience needed; training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and can follow instructions.
• Traits: Reliable, punctual, hardworking, honest and with a positive work attitude.
• Work Conditions: Must be willing to work night shift in a BPO office environment.
