• Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain quality assurance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to promote efficiency and a positive work environment.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with management to manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping supplies.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
• Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
