• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeepers and cleaning staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Train and mentor the housekeeping team to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory and supply orders for cleaning products and materials.
• Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, exceptional customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff, handle guest relations, and manage inventories.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of providing excellent guest experiences.
