Role Description

This is an full-time role for a Client Operations Associate. As a fulltime position, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.


What you'll be doing

  • Handling client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborating with the team and client representatives to ensure client needs are met
  • Providing administrative support, such as recording of company's expenses, collections, preparation of payments to suppliers/vendors, follow-up payments/collections
  • Conducting fieldwork/s to Government Agencies for Registrations, Amendments or to client's office for other matters
  • Encoding Receipts/Invoices of Clients for processing, prepare transmittals for send out of documents to clients,
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of client service


What we're looking for

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, Operations Management, Office Administration, Management Accounting and equivalent
  • At least 1 year work experience related to Administrative Support, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be located within Rizal area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs) and equivalent
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
