About the Job
Our esteemed client, a training solutions provider in the education and compliance sector, is looking for a Client Support Representative (Sales-Focused).

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries—primarily through phone calls and emails—and a vital support to the sales and operations teams. By handling day-to-day communication, enrollment processes, and course scheduling tasks, you contribute directly to improving client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbox & Phone Management: Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, send follow-ups, and route messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Bookings & Enrollments: Process course bookings, confirm attendance, manage student documentation, and conduct follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email.
  • Course Scheduling: Input and update course information, assist with scheduling inquiries, and coordinate pre-audit documentation.
  • Student Access Management: Enroll students in the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with login issues, and maintain user records.
  • General Support: Handle inbound client calls, generate invoices, and help maintain an up-to-date sales and support database.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or course.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of combined experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support, preferably within the BPO or similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Aircall, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, Cloud Assess, and MS 365.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
