• Manage day-to-day clinic operations (advertising, booking, staff scheduling, and inventory control)
• Lead and motivate aestheticians to achieve sales and performance goals
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety standards, and professional customer service
• Handle cash management and product inventory
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Support staff training and professional development
• Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• 2+ years Management Experience in AESTHETIC, or beauty field
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and build high-performing teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge in P&L accounts, budgeting, HR, health & safety policies (CQC knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Positive, driven, and solution-oriented attitude
• Genuine passion for the aesthetic/beauty industry
