Clinic Supervisor

Company: Le Meur Aesthetics

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite (Assigned Branch) 6 days work week

Reports To: Operations Manager

Direct Reports: Receptionists, Aestheticians, CSRs, Front Desk Staff

The Clinic Supervisor ensures day-to-day clinic execution at the branch level. This role is responsible for discipline, SOP compliance, client experience, and staff coordination, acting as the first line of control inside the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Clinic Supervision

• Open and close the clinic in accordance with SOP

• Ensure all staff are present, in uniform, and on schedule

• Monitor daily appointment flow and service execution

• Ensure real-time updates on client arrivals and delays

2. Staff Oversight & Discipline

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff behavior

• Ensure all staff follow assigned roles and responsibilities

• Immediately report violations or issues to the Operations Manager

• Assist in training new staff and enforcing SOP compliance

3. Client Experience Management

• Ensure clients are properly received, briefed, and attended to

• Resolve minor client concerns and escalate serious complaints

• Ensure fast response to online and phone inquiries

• Maintain premium service standards at all times

4. Inventory & Facility Control

• Monitor daily inventory usage and request replenishment

• Ensure machines, rooms, and equipment are properly maintained

• Report any losses, damages, or discrepancies immediately

• Ensure clinic cleanliness and readiness at all times

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit Daily Branch Report (attendance, issues, incidents)

• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Finance, and Inventory

• Assist during audits, inspections, and legal visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in clinic or service supervision

• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality

• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills

• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset

• Ability to enforce discipline and SOPs firmly and fairly
