Qualifications

• Background in health; relevant management or clinical experience is an advantage
• Preferably a graduate of any medical-related course
• Experience working in a dental clinic setup is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in patient appointment scheduling and clinic flow management
• Preferably excellent in using medical or dental appointment software or tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent English
• With pleasing personality and professional presence
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
• Customer-service oriented with keen attention to detail
• Computer literate and adaptable to clinic management systems
• Able to handle confidential patient information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage patient appointment scheduling and optimize clinic calendars
• Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff
• Coordinate doctors’ schedules and ensure efficient patient flow
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and health regulations
• Monitor patient experience and maintain premium service standards
• Handle patient concerns and service recovery professionally
• Prepare operational reports and manage clinic inventory
• Collaborate with doctors and management to improve clinic efficiency and performance
