RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts to remind them of outstanding payments. 
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements that align with company policies. 
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding their account status and payment options. 
• Document all communication and updates in the system for accurate recordkeeping. 
• Prepare and assign daily schedules for field collectors based on priority accounts and geographic location. 
• Ensure that field collectors have all the necessary information and documents to facilitate successful collections. 
• Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity. 
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. 
• Track progress toward goals and take corrective actions when needed. 
• Generate and submit reports on collection status, client responses, and field activities. 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 

1. At least Highschool graduate.  
2. Hardworking, honest and can work independently. 
3. Can easily grasp simple instructions.  
4. Knowledgeable in Ortigas Center area 
5. Strong Time management. 
6. Good communication skills
