Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

At least 1-3 years of experience in Collection role.

Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

Amendable to attend online interview.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Initiating contact with individuals or businesses with overdue accounts via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding balances.

Negotiating payment plans or settlements in accordance with company policy.

Explaining account status and available options for resolving debt.

Reviewing and managing accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and identify delinquent accounts.

Ensuring all collection activities comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
