JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect outstanding debts according to company policies and legal guidelines
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement terms with customers
• Maintain accurate records of collections, promises to pay, and disputes
• Issue payment reminders, notices, and follow-up communications
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports
