JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• With 5 to 7 years of experiences in Collection and 3 years of Leadership
• With experience in B2B
• Amendable to work in a Hybrid Set up
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and support the daily activities of the collections team to achieve recovery and aging targets.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of collection activities and customer communications.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate action on overdue accounts.
