• Creating a "Nationwide" Feel: Create content that isn't just a corporate ad, but feels like a chat with a friendly neighbor. Make them feel this is their brand.

2. Community & Content Management

• Community Engagement (FB / Telegram / TikTok): Don't just post announcements. Chat, interact, and bond with fans like a friend.
• Content Creation: Produce eye-catching visuals, memes, or Reels that make people stop scrolling, like, and share.
• Success Metrics: Improve community liveliness (Interaction Rate, Share Rate) and organic growth.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Campaign Strategy: Design monthly promos and festival events (e.g., Payday Specials, Christmas/Pasko, CNY).
• Creative Flow: Write campaign copy and conceptualize visuals that make users feel "This is fun and worth joining!"
• Collaboration: Hand over plans to Operations for cost calculation and Design for asset creation.
• Success Metrics: Drive tangible business growth (Active Users, Recharge Intent).

4. Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with the project team to ensure your wild, creative ideas are executable and cost-effective.

What We Expect From You

Hard Skills (Must-have or Willing to Learn Fast)

• Language: Professional English for work communication; Native/Expert in Tagalog (Knowledge of other dialects is a plus!).
• Social Media Savvy: Heavy user of FB/TikTok/IG. You know what's trending, what goes viral, and the latest slang.
• Tools: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools. (Good taste and hands-on ability are key).
• Data Sense: Able to understand basic metrics (Engagement rate, Conversion rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
