· Ensure safety of passenger/s in every trip and in a punctual manner

· Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed, providing courteous and efficient service to passengers.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer’s schedule, activities, and personal information, respecting privacy at all times.

· Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while operating the vehicle, prioritizing the safety and well-being of passengers and other road users.

· Communicate effectively with the employer to confirm travel plans, schedule changes, and special requests, demonstrating attentiveness and flexibility in accommodating preferences.

· Assist Marketing in posting collaterals in the field.

· Provide general support to other staff members as needed, including assisting with tasks outside of typical duties.

· Establish and maintain routinely interaction with customers that happen after the sale,and make them satisfied by solving their problems.

· Use measures of retaining current customers, like offering promotions, discounts and personalized services.
