Transportation Duties
Safely transport employees, executives, clients, and guests to designated locations.
Deliver documents, packages, or materials as assigned.
Plan and follow efficient routes to minimize travel time.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, water, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the appropriate department.
Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Compliance with Traffic Laws and Company Policies
Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation, such as licenses, permits, and trip logs.
Avoid reckless driving, speeding, or any behavior that may compromise safety.
Time Management and Scheduling
Arrive on time for scheduled trips and assignments.
Coordinate with supervisors or managers for trip schedules and transportation needs.
Adapt to last-minute changes in schedules or routes as required.
Professionalism and Customer Service
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with employees, clients, and guests.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or materials.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive company information.
Emergency Preparedness
Be prepared to handle unexpected situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents and report incidents immediately.

Syarat-syarat

Valid Driver’s License – Must possess a valid professional driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., light vehicle, heavy vehicle, or both).
Clean Driving Record – No history of major traffic violations or accidents in the past 2–3 years.
Experience – Minimum of 2–5 years of proven driving experience; experience in both urban and rural areas is a plus.
Knowledge of Traffic Laws and Routes – Familiarity with local and national traffic regulations; good knowledge of city routes, shortcuts, and navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
Physical Fitness – Must be physically fit to drive for extended hours and able to handle light to moderate lifting if required.
Good Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, or supervisors.
Professional Appearance and Behavior – Neat, well-groomed, punctual, courteous, and reliable.
Mechanical Knowledge – Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil, tires, battery checks).
Flexible Schedule – Willing to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours when needed.
Background Check and Drug Test – Must be willing to undergo background verification and drug testing.
