I. Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, clients, and goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. This role also involves ensuring the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of the assigned vehicle while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for official trips, deliveries, and errands.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, fueled, and cleaned at all times.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, etc.) and report any issues immediately.
• Comply with all traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company driving policies.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials or equipment when required.
• Provide support to office operations such as document pick-up/delivery, staff transport, and other assigned errands.
• Ensure passengers’ comfort and safety at all times.
• Report accidents, delays, or other incidents promptly to the immediate superior.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

III. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience as a company or personal driver.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
