- Report 72 hours a week.
- Transport the CEO, COO, their immediate family, company personnel, clients, as well as various products and materials to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner, six days a week.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of personnel luggage, goods, and materials.
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
- Interact with passengers professionally at all times.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean, presentable, and ready for use.
- Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation.
- Arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Keep mileage and repair records up-to-date.
- Notify the company as soon as possible of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during working hours.
- Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas where parking is permitted to avoid towing.
- Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and proper maintenance through regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle servicing.
- Promptly notify management of any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage.
