Job Summary:

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff and office materials, performing errands, and supporting general office operations. This role requires a reliable individual who can drive both motorcycles and cars, assist in office tasks when needed, and ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive motorcycles and cars for official office purposes, including transporting staff, clients, and office materials.
• Perform errands for the office, such as bank deposits, document delivery, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist at the office counter or with deposits when no driving tasks are scheduled.
• Maintain vehicles in good condition, including regular checks, fueling, and basic maintenance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to traffic rules, company safety policies, and schedules.
• Support general office operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license for motorcycle and car.
• Proven experience as a driver preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
