• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees as needed.

• Administer medication and vaccinations according to physician instructions.

• Monitor and record vital signs of employees, maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.

• Assess employee injuries and illnesses, and determine the appropriate course of action, including referral to external medical professionals if necessary.

• Conduct health assessments, including pre-employment medical examinations and annual health check-ups.

• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.

• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper lifting techniques, ergonomic principles, and infection control measures.

• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.

• Collaborate with other members of the HR and safety team to ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.

Participate in workplace safety inspections and investigations, identifying and addressing potential hazards.

• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response procedures.

• Provide support and guidance to employees returning to work after illness or injury.

• Keep abreast of developments in occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse.

• With certification on OSH/BOSH.

• Proven experience working as a nurse, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including DOLE requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
