Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder (Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field)
• At least 6 months of experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits. 
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and SSS & HMDF employer portals.
