JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or other related programs.
• With at least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve problems on time.
• Must be able to communicate, both written and orally, to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
• Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Can start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Monitoring and analysis of daily employee attendance
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
• Government Mandated Benefits
• Processing of maternity benefits and other Government benefits. Ensure complete documentation from the employee and ensure filing with the appropriate agency, SSS.
• Loans from Government Agencies - continuously update and ensure all payments are posted.
• Make sure all remittances are posted.
• Prepares monthly statutory reports.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration
• Processing of scheduled vacation leaves approved by the direct superior
• Monitoring and analysis of VL and SL
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Must have general knowledge of the different facets of Human Resources.
