• Environmental Management (Pollution Control Officer)
• Ensure compliance with the Environmental Laws requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulations
• Ensure the proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management of the facilities or systems
• Attend to all permitting and registration requirements of the company prior to the construction, installation, or operation of pollution sources and control facilities
• Monitor the use of chemicals, and generation of solid and hazardous waste
• Coordinate regulatory programs and activities with the city/provincial/municipal governments
• Initiate and intensify environmental management activities including awareness campaign within the organization
• Coordination with the concern officer pertaining to submission of compliance report
• Contract Management
• Facilitate review and processing of contract and payment
• Preparation of audit plan and schedule (qualification and requalification)
• 3Q6S Activity
• Implement proper standardization as per requirement on (Nidec Brand Regulation)
• Implementation and monitoring of company-wide activities
• Preparation of audit plan and schedule as well as monthly result
• Waste Management
• Monitoring and checking of all waste as per classification (residual/hazardous/scrap)
• Implementation of proper waste segregation
• Arrange schedule of pull out and apply for necessary documents required (if any)
• Pest Control Activity
• Coordinate to all Section as well as with the provider for the schedule of activity
• Preparation of necessary permit and documentation
• Scrap Management
• Monitor scrap flow process, checking and records all endorsed scrap generations
• Coordination to hauler for the schedule of pull out
• Provide monthly scrap generation report and scrap report

Secondary Functions:

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of overseas training and training bond
• Responsible for hotel and travel booking arrangement
• Monitor and process AEP and VISA application of all expatriates
• Monitoring and processing of PRAF and request for payment (RFP) of communication, LPG, and expatriate's travel expenses
• Responsible for monitoring and upkeep of all contracts for manpower, rent/lease services

• Graduate of any Engineering or Physical and Natural Sciences course (Preferably with PCO Accreditation)
• With at least 3 years of relevant experience in environmental management and pollution control and monitoring
• With at least 1 year experience in GA services
• Provide support and monitoring of environmental legal compliance requirements
• Willing to work in Cabuyao City, Laguna (On-Site)
• Willing to work ASAP
