Position: Assistant Licensing Manager

Salary: Php30,000 - php45,000

Work Set-up: full on-site

Work Schedule: mon-fri (9am-6pm)

Location: Paseo de Roxas, Legazpi Village, brgy. Lorenzo, Makati city


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Licensing Manager to support the company’s compliance and regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting in the management, renewal, and monitoring of various business permits, licenses, and accreditations to ensure full compliance with local and national regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing all licensing and permitting activities of the company.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for permit applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a database of all licenses, permits, and renewal schedules.
  • Prepare and review documents, forms, and reports related to licensing.
  • Support the Licensing Manager in audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of documentary requirements.
  • Monitor changes in laws, ordinances, and regulations affecting business operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in permits, licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
  • Preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of local and national regulatory processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
