• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth requirements.
• Maintain and update Manual Books of Accounts and ensure accuracy in financial record keeping.
• Oversee the timely filing and payment of BIR returns; personally coordinate with government offices as needed.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and supporting schedules (e.g.,Prepayments, Accruals, and Advances).
• Prepare annual inventory listings and other compliance reports required by BIR or external auditors.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies for compliance reviews and inspections.
• Maintain organized and secure filing of all compliance and accounting documents.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen compliance and documentation efficiency.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Head or Finance Manager from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or compliance.
• Knowledge in Philippine tax laws, BIR remittances, and government compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems/software (SAP experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with external agencies.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City, near Bicutan/Sucat.
